Office Surveyor - PLS Preferred

One of our top clients is seeking a skilled and experienced Office Surveyor to join our growing team in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in surveying principles and practices, with a preference for a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.

Responsibilities:

• Process and analyze field data collected by survey crews.
• Prepare accurate and detailed survey maps, plats, and legal descriptions.
• Conduct boundary surveys and title research.
• Perform topographic surveys and calculations.
• Utilize surveying software and equipment to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with project coordination and communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and equipment.
• Proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center).
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• PLS license is preferred but not required.
