An established, highly respected luxury custom home builder in the North Carolina mountains is hiring a Senior Project Manager. The firm is known for exceptional craftsmanship, high-end mountain homes, and in-house architecture, design, and construction.
What you'll do
- Lead ground-up luxury custom homes from start to finish, with about 70% of your time in the field and 30% in the office.
- Own budgets, schedules, cost control, and change orders.
- Work closely with homeowners, architects, and designers.
- Manage local subcontractors and vendors, and solve problems before they become delays.
What you bring
- 6+ years in luxury custom home construction.
- Experience as a Senior PM, or as a Superintendent with strong financial management.
- Comfort with demanding clients and complex, detail-oriented projects.
- Established relationships with local subcontractors and vendors.
- Strong leadership, accountability, and communication skills.
- Buildertrend experience is a plus.
