Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of assigned low-voltage projects, with a focus on those exceeding $2 million in value.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Lead the pre-construction planning process, including creating detailed proposals, project scopes, and work plans.
  • Manage project execution, including material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate, including permits, submittals, and closeout documents.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in low-voltage project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex low-voltage projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of low-voltage systems, including fire alarm, security, access control, audio/visual, and data/communication systems.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • LEED AP certification a plus.
