We are seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Omaha metro area. This position is responsible for full project delivery, from preconstruction through closeout, while maintaining strict attention to schedule, cost, and quality.
Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, and manage all phases of assigned projects.
Prepare and monitor project budgets, schedules, and contract documents.
Coordinate design, subcontractors, and field operations.
Lead project meetings and maintain strong client communication.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or Bluebeam.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
