We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial and industrial construction projects. This position ensures work is completed safely, on time, and according to design specifications.
Responsibilities:
Direct day-to-day jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractors.
Lead safety meetings, inspections, and compliance documentation.
Maintain schedule, productivity, and quality performance.
Report project progress to the project manager and clients.
Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff.
Qualifications:
8+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or industrial work.
Proven success managing multimillion-dollar projects.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Strong scheduling and leadership skills.
