Litigation Attorney | Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL | Hybrid Possible

A well-regarded and busy law firm in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy / Commercial Litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain meaningful litigation experience within a strong firm that maintains a steady pipeline of work and a collaborative team environment.

The firm represents a variety of clients in creditors’ rights matters, bankruptcy proceedings, and related commercial litigation, offering attorneys the opportunity to work on sophisticated cases while developing strong litigation and courtroom experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle matters related to creditors’ rights, bankruptcy proceedings, and commercial litigation
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
  • Appear in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings as needed
  • Assist with case strategy, legal research, and client communications
  • Collaborate closely with partners and team members on active litigation matters

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Florida Bar membership
  • Experience or interest in creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, or commercial litigation
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a busy litigation practice
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
