A well-established South Florida law firm is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its team in Boca Raton. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working with individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning matters in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
The firm handles a variety of estate planning and trust administration matters, often working closely with high-net-worth clients and their financial advisors to implement thoughtful, tax-efficient planning strategies.
What You’ll Do
Advise clients on estate planning strategies and long-term wealth transfer planning
Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
Assist with trust administration and probate matters
Work on tax-efficient estate planning strategies for individuals and families
Collaborate with CPAs, financial advisors, and other professionals to provide comprehensive estate solutions
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality legal guidance
What We’re Looking For
Active Florida Bar member in good standing
5+ years of estate planning experience
Experience with tax planning strategies is a plus
LL.M. in Taxation is a plus, but not required
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage client relationships and complex planning matters
