Roofing Sales Representative

Location: Lafayette, LA

We’re looking for driven, competitive sales professionals who want to control their income and grow quickly within a roofing company that rewards performance.

This is a pure sales role—no project management, no babysitting jobs—just closing deals and making money.

What You’ll Do

• Generate leads through door-to-door and self-sourced opportunities
• Inspect roofs and identify storm damage (training provided)
• Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
• Close deals and secure signed contracts
• Work closely with internal teams who handle the build—so you can stay focused on sales

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

• Willingness to work in the field and canvass neighborhoods
