This family-owned company is an industry leader in commercial flooring, providing high-quality products and services to clients nationwide. We are currently seeking a Commercial Flooring Sales Professional to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity for individuals with 2-5 years of experience in selling commercial flooring projects to showcase their skills and grow within a reputable company.

**Position Responsibilities:**- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients- Identify sales opportunities and provide solutions to meet client needs- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

**Position Essential Job Functions:**- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations- Prepare and present proposals and quotes to clients- Negotiate pricing and contracts- Maintain accurate sales records and reports

**Position Skills:**- Strong sales and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Knowledge of commercial flooring products and industry trends- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, and includes full benefits.
