Lead Home Health Registered Nurse - Make a Difference in Patients' Lives!

One of our top clients is seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing home health team in Washington! In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our patients receive high-quality, personalized care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, wound care, medication administration, and patient education.
• Oversee and mentor a team of home health nurses, ensuring they provide competent and compassionate care.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and agency policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations for staff nurses.
• Identify and implement best practices for patient care delivery within the home setting.

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in home health nursing.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in documentation and medical record keeping.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Company care provided when you are required to travel.
