Position Highlights
- Plaintiff-side employment law practice, including class actions and false advertisement
- Hybrid work arrangement following an initial onsite period in San Diego
- Class action experience preferred but not required—training provided

Qualifications
- 1–8+ years of litigation experience
- Employment law background preferred, but not required
- Open to defense-side attorneys seeking to move into plaintiff work
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Active California Bar license, in good standing
