One of our top clients a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Arizona, is seeking a qualified BCBA to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing effective ABA programs for children and adults on the Autism Spectrum and with other developmental needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions, ensuring ethical and evidence-based practices.
  • Train and mentor Behavior Technicians, providing ongoing support and coaching.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Track and document client progress, making data-driven decisions for program adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in an ABA setting.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills.
