About the Role:

One of our top clients is seeking a talented and experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a hybrid position, offering a flexible work arrangement that combines remote work with in-office collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex insurance policies and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and at mediation.
• Advise clients on insurance coverage issues.
• Manage a diverse caseload.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Arizona State Bar.
• 3-8 years of experience in insurance coverage law.
• Strong understanding of insurance law principles and practices.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
