VP of Civil Engineering in West Des Moines

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity with a multi-disciplinary firm looking for a VP of Civil Engineering. This company is well-established in the Midwest and has been in business for over 50 years. 

This role is a Civil Engineering position and will involve overseeing the entire Civil department. Must have a background in engineer!

What they are looking for: 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required
• Masters degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in civil engineering, project management or senior leadership
• PE required
• This person must have experience leading teams, ability to meet confidently with clients, and experience overseeing all aspects of projects.
• Must have a proven track record of meeting deadlines and completing projects in a timely manner
• Business development skills required
• Ability to run and office
