They are seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to oversee and lead production operations on the overnight shift. The ideal candidate will be an engaged, hands-on leader who can motivate teams, drive efficiency, and ensure consistent quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop production employees to achieve daily and weekly goals
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate expectations clearly
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance documentation
  • Partner with leadership to identify and implement process improvements
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work the night shift (Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Total first-year earning potential: $75,000–$90,000
  • Competitive base hourly rate + shift differential
  • Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 (paid quarterly)
