Associate Attorney in Chicago

Job Description

We are an established litigation firm located in the Chicago Loop that offers both opportunity and responsibility. Our practice primarily focuses on Civil Defense & Insurance Litigation, including the defense of claims in the areas of:

• Construction.
• Professional Liability.
• Property and Casualty.
• Serious Personal Injury and Wrongful Death.

Due to continued growth, we would like to add an Associate Attorney to our team. Preferred candidates would have 3 -7 years of experience in the aforementioned areas above. (Any of them / All of them)

Requirements:

• JD and license to practice in IL.
• 3-7+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• The ability and desire to independently handle legal matters such as:
  • Writing Coverage Opinions.
  • Taking and defending party and expert depositions.
  • Drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
  • Trial Preparations.
