Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Boston

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). As the LNHA you will be tasked in overseeing the facility and ensuring that the highest quality of care is being conducted day in and day out.

Responsibilities of LNHA:

• To lead a team of 50-60 employees and manage 40+ beds.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all staff members.
• Able to enforce the regulations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Create and maintain a budget.
• Hire staff and employees throughout all level inside the facility.

 Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required preferred to be in healthcare
• No RN License needed
• LNHA License preferred or willing to get within the next year
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 2+ years of administration experience preferred to be in long term care or nursing home settings.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations
• Ability to work outside of normal operating hour as needed
• Preferred experience in managerial tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person

Pay: $80,000 - $120,000 + DOE
