Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large, diverse commercial projects? Our client, a well-respected general contractor in Chicago, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects valued at $60M+ from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all phases of large-scale commercial construction projects (ground-up and renovations).
Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure successful delivery.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
Proven experience managing $60M+ diverse commercial projects (healthcare, mixed-use, higher ed, corporate, etc.).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to drive results while fostering collaboration and accountability.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
