Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large, diverse commercial projects? Our client, a well-respected general contractor in Chicago, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects valued at $60M+ from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee all phases of large-scale commercial construction projects (ground-up and renovations).

  • Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure successful delivery.

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications.

  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.

  • Proven experience managing $60M+ diverse commercial projects (healthcare, mixed-use, higher ed, corporate, etc.).

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to drive results while fostering collaboration and accountability.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
