A growing civil contractor is looking for a Junior Earthwork Estimator to join the team and support large-scale earthwork and site development projects. This is a hands-on role with exposure to estimating and project support, offering room to grow into a senior position.
Responsibilities
Assist with quantity takeoffs and basic earthwork estimates
Support bid preparation and subcontractor coordination
Work closely with senior estimators and project teams during bidding and project setup
Qualifications
Some experience or training in earthwork or site development estimating
Comfortable with takeoffs, plans, and basic cost analysis
Familiarity with estimating software a plus, but not required
