Commercial Roofing Salesperson

Are you an experienced roofing professional with a proven track record in sales?

We’re looking for a Commercial Roofing Salesperson to join our client's team!

This role focuses primarily on single-ply roofing systems like TPO, EPDM, and PVC, with some steep slope shingle projects, including multifamily developments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 4–20 years in the roofing industry (sales, project management, or related roles).
  • Knowledge: Strong familiarity with commercial roofing systems, especially TPO, EPDM, and PVC.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with clients and contractors.
  • Drive: Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and property managers.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project needs and provide accurate quotes.
  • Present and sell roofing solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Identify new sales opportunities to grow the business.
