One our best clients (leading multi-family general contractor), is experiencing tremendous growth & looking to add exceptional talent to their team! They are looking for an experienced Project Manager that has experience with Multi-Family Projects. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a top builder in the area!

Multi-Family Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead the team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.
• Manage project timelines and budgets with expert precision.
• Oversee all phases of construction concurrently, demonstrating a strong ability to lead construction projects effectively.

Multi-Family Project Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-family Project Management construction.
• Proven track record of managing project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams through all phases of construction.
• Consistent work history within the industry.
• Detail-oriented and goal-driven.
