Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal with 5+ years of experience in estate planning and probate litigation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in managing deadlines and case files from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare legal documents related to estate planning and probate litigation

  • Manage and track deadlines, court filings, and related documentation

  • Conduct legal research and factual investigations as needed

  • Maintain communication with clients, courts, and outside parties

  • Support attorneys in trial preparation and ongoing litigation activities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a probate/estate planning paralegal role, preferably with litigation exposure

  • Strong understanding of probate procedures, court filings, and legal documentation

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Professional communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency with legal software and case management systems
