Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal with 5+ years of experience in estate planning and probate litigation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in managing deadlines and case files from inception through resolution.
Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare legal documents related to estate planning and probate litigation
Manage and track deadlines, court filings, and related documentation
Conduct legal research and factual investigations as needed
Maintain communication with clients, courts, and outside parties
Support attorneys in trial preparation and ongoing litigation activities
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a probate/estate planning paralegal role, preferably with litigation exposure
Strong understanding of probate procedures, court filings, and legal documentation
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with legal software and case management systems
