We are seeking a motivated professional to serve as a Branch Manager. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership, values relationships, and is committed to creating exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will:

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of banking professionals to meet performance expectations

  • Foster a collaborative culture of accountability, communication, and customer focus

  • Inspire and motivate staff through clear goals, coaching, and feedback

  • Manage branch activities, including customer service excellence, financial product offerings, and outreach initiatives

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized guidance and support

  • Monitor branch performance metrics, analyze results, and develop strategies to achieve growth goals

  • Conduct team meetings to share updates, promote collaboration, and reinforce company values

  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to create seamless experiences

  • Support professional development by mentoring team members and cultivating talent for long-term success

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years retail banking experience

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • At least 1 year of management experience

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience

  • Ability to perform the essential functions and physical demands of the role

  • Willingness to participate in at least 4 community outreach events per year outside normal business hours

  • Valid driver’s license and access to insured transportation if duties require trave
