PROJECT MANAGER – HEALTHCARE

I’m partnered with a top-tier, Chicago commercial contractor that has been a dominant force in the market for decades. This firm is known for delivering large, complex healthcare projects — the kind that require precision, leadership, and serious operational strength.

They are looking to add a Project Manager with healthcare experience to their team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading complex healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships

• Collaborating with strong field teams and executive leadership

• Driving projects that demand coordination, compliance, and technical depth

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects whether it's Hospital or MOB

• Strong commercial construction background

• Ability to lead complex teams and communicate at a high level

• Someone who takes pride in building work they can stand behind
