We are currently seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional legal support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Job Description: As a Labor and Employment Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a broad range of matters including workplace investigations, wage and hour claims, employment discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, labor relations, and compliance issues. You will work closely with clients to provide proactive counsel and litigation support in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel on labor and employment matters to employers and employees

  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, handbooks, policies, and severance packages

  • Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings (EEOC, NJDCR, DOL, etc.)

  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs

  • Stay up-to-date on labor and employment law developments at the state and federal level

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New Jersey

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment law

  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively

  • Experience with litigation and administrative hearings is preferred
