Position Overview:

As a Project Manager specializing in HVAC, sheet metal, and piping, you will be responsible for managing projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and extensive project management experience within the mechanical construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for HVAC, sheet metal, and piping projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any challenges to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Prepare and deliver project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead project closeout activities, including inspections, final documentation, and client handover.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, sheet metal, and piping project management.
• Proven success managing complex projects in the mechanical construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, and piping installations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in commercial construction environments (preferred).
