A respected Pittsburgh law firm is seeking a highly motivated Product Liability Associate Attorney to join their growing Product Liability Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives on complex litigation, enjoys hands-on case involvement, and wants to work on challenging matters from investigation through trial.

📍 Location: Pittsburgh, PA

⚖️ Practice Area: Product Liability / Complex Litigation

💼 Experience: 4+ years of litigation experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• ✅ Investigate and evaluate product liability claims
• ✅ Conduct legal research involving product liability law and federal regulations
• ✅ Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
• ✅ Manage all phases of litigation, including:
  • Depositions
  • Hearings
  • Mediation
  • Arbitration
  • Trial preparation and courtroom proceedings

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• ⭐ 4 + years of litigation experience
• ⭐ Experience with product liability, mass torts, personal injury, or complex civil litigation
• ⭐ Active participation in depositions, oral arguments, and courtroom experiences
• ⭐ Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• ⭐ Excellent academic credentials
• ⭐ Knowledge of county, state, and federal court procedures and rules of civil procedure
• ⭐ Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
