Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in litigation, with a focus on consumer finance, real property, mortgage banking, title insurance, regulatory compliance, and licensing.
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • Expertise in civil procedure, with exceptional writing skills.
  • A proactive, accountable approach to case management and a passion for achieving successful outcomes for clients.
  • Ability to handle complex legal matters while fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team or work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage litigation matters related to business, mortgage banking, title insurance, and consumer finance from inception through resolution.
  • Draft legal documents, motions, and discovery requests with precision.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients, and contribute to the development of case strategy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering thoughtful counsel and ensuring the highest level of service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver timely, high-quality results.
  • Take ownership of cases, playing an integral role in litigation strategy.
