Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in litigation, with a focus on consumer finance, real property, mortgage banking, title insurance, regulatory compliance, and licensing.
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
- Expertise in civil procedure, with exceptional writing skills.
- A proactive, accountable approach to case management and a passion for achieving successful outcomes for clients.
- Ability to handle complex legal matters while fostering long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team or work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation matters related to business, mortgage banking, title insurance, and consumer finance from inception through resolution.
- Draft legal documents, motions, and discovery requests with precision.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients, and contribute to the development of case strategy.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering thoughtful counsel and ensuring the highest level of service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver timely, high-quality results.
- Take ownership of cases, playing an integral role in litigation strategy.
