Architect - Design-Build Construction Experience

gpac is partnered with a premier luxury design-build construction firm, who is seeking a Licensed Architect. You'll lead the design and execution of high-end residential, mult-family, and commercial projects, ensuring top-quality results. This person needs to have experience in the area and have high-end project knowledge including codes, zoning, permits, and design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee architectural designs using Revit software.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver innovative luxury projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience.
• Proficient in Revit software.
• Strong design and project management skills.
• Experience in luxury construction for residential and commercial projects.
• Good communication skills, and positive attitude
