Gpac has partnered with a Water Fire Mold Remidiation, and Demolition company that is seeking a new Restoration Mitigation Manager

Responsibilities:

• • Operational Leadership:
  • Oversee branch operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and profitably.
  • Manage mitigation services, including water, fire, and mold restoration.
  • Monitor job progress, budgets, and profitability while maintaining high service standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure team members receive necessary training and certifications.
  • Foster a positive, family-oriented team culture that aligns with company values.

Requirements:

• 
  
  • 5+ years of experience in restoration/mitigation services.
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in a branch or operations management role.
  • Strong understanding of restoration processes, including water, fire, and mold mitigation.
  • IICRC certifications preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
