Job Title: Real Estate & Business Attorney

I am working with a fantastic law firm that specializes in Business, and Real Estate. This firm has great clients, and are a collaborative firm that has been serving the Los Angeles and South Bay community by helping to prevent and resolve disputes. This law firm is a unique and growing firm with a team approach looking for someone who is hard working, committed to clients, practices with integirty. If you have a desire to be apart of a growing firm, reach out to learn more! This position will be focusing primarily on business and real estatate litigation (80%) and transactional (20%).

Skills and requirements of the Real Estate & Business Attorney:

  • Member of the California Bar and in good standing.
  • 4+ years of experience in transactional and litigation law for Plaintiff and Defendant work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a professional environment and maintain a professional demeanor in all situations, including the ability to remain calm and efficient during stressful situations.
  • Self-sufficient and work independently.

  • Annual Hours Requirement: 1,550
    Bonus Structure: Starting at $10,000, with potential to reach up to $30,000 based on total annual billed hours.
  • A 10% commission referral bonus for any work referred to the firm, regardless of who works on it.
