Oversee field operations for Site Development, Utilities, Heavy Earthwork, Excavation, Grading, and Demolition
Lead crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Coordinate daily site activities, schedules, and resources
Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in Site Development and Utilities
Strong background in heavy civil construction
Proven leadership and team management skills
Demonstrated longevity and stability in prior roles preferred
Ability to manage multiple field operations effectively
