Job Description

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Wealth Advisor. An ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a passion for coaching and guiding sales teams to success. Reporting directly to CFO and SVP, the Wealth Advisor will play a critical role in driving our sales initiatives forward and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

This position is hybrid - We are looking to hire in Oakville & Frederick, MD and Morgantown, WV

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales and acquisition teams to achieve all sales goals.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales objectives.
• Assign territories and quotas to sales representatives.
• Evaluate market trends and identify new client opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine sales strategies and goals.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach and address customer needs.
• Resolve any customer complaints or operational issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of direct financial planning experience required.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate needs to have Series 7, and/or 63 & 65.
• Lastly, candidate needs to be a CFP (Certified Financial Planner).
