We are partenered with a trusted leader in the restoration industry, specializing in helping clients recover and restore their belongings after water, fire, and other disasters & we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restoration Contents Manager to oversee the inventory, handling, cleaning, and restoration of personal and commercial property contents. The ideal candidate will manage the contents division, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the contents division, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the inventorying, packing, cleaning, and storage of clients' contents during restoration projects.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of contents throughout the restoration process.
  • Train and supervise team members to uphold company standards and best practices.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure contents are properly restored and documented.
  • Coordinate with project managers, adjusters, and clients to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain and organize storage facilities to ensure efficient operations and security.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in the restoration industry, with a focus on contents management.
  • Knowledge of restoration equipment, cleaning techniques, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
