Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Custom Home Project Manager to oversee all aspects of custom home construction projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating luxury residences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing custom home construction projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage custom home construction projects from initial planning to final completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for the project.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders to address issues, changes, and project updates.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and reports.
  • Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving challenges proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns.
