Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Custom Home Project Manager to oversee all aspects of custom home construction projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating luxury residences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing custom home construction projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
- Manage custom home construction projects from initial planning to final completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for the project.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders to address issues, changes, and project updates.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and reports.
- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving challenges proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns.
