Job Description

HVAC Sales Engineer / Business Development - Outside Sales

A growing HVAC solutions organization is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive regional growth through strong contractor, engineer, and owner relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners

• Identify and close new HVAC equipment opportunities

• Provide technical support on system design, product selection, and specs

• Develop proposals, estimates, and take-offs

• Manage projects from design through commissioning

What We’re Looking For

Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent HVAC experience

3+ years HVAC sales, applications, or design experience

• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship skills

• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
