An established, reputable mechanical contracting firm is seeking a Traveling Mechanical Superintendent to join their team immediately.

This organization is known for delivering high-quality mechanical systems on complex projects while operating by strong core values and treating employees like family. Projects include mission-critical facilities, healthcare systems, large commercial and industrial mechanical builds, and other technically demanding environments across multiple locations.

Traveling Mechanical Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee mechanical field operations including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the mechanical contracting industry
• Proven experience leading ground-up and major retrofit mechanical projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Experience managing mechanical scopes on projects $10M–$25M+
• Strong ability to coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and owners
• Maintain project schedules to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and code requirements
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and change order documentation
• Identify field issues proactively and provide effective solutions
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to active job sites

Preferred Experience (Based on Assignment):

Mission Critical Superintendent

• Data centers, critical infrastructure, high-reliability mechanical systems
• Redundant HVAC systems, chilled water, hydronic piping, and complex controls
