PART TIME STERILIZATION TECHNICIAN

CHARLOTTE, NC

Part time sterilization technician needed for a busy specialty practice.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all dental instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and prepared for use.  Responsibilities as follows: 

• Thorough cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of instruments, equipmment, and surfaces
• Operate and maintain autoclaves
• Organization of instrument trays and setups for various procedures as well as maintain inventory of supplies
• Collaborate with assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient instrument flow during appointments
• Part time Monday - Friday with flexibility between the hours of 8:00 - 5:00
• Potential to grow into a Dental Assistant position

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of OSHA and CDC guidelines
• Candidate must have organizational and time management skill as well as flexibility to adapt to schedules
