About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in communication, and ensures that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities for commercial projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate daily with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedules and resolve issues.
• Enforce site safety protocols to provide a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, proactively addressing potential delays or overruns.
• Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear, concise project documentation.
• Travel as required to various job sites, staying on location for the duration of the project as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a superintendent in commercial construction, including traveling roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, methods, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and project documents.
• Ability to travel extensively and stay on-site for the duration of projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
