Position Overview:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restoration Contents Supervisor to lead our contents team in managing and restoring personal and commercial property affected by fire, water, or mold damage. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing all aspects of contents restoration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the contents team in packing, inventorying, cleaning, and restoring contents.
  • Coordinate the removal, transportation, and storage of contents from affected properties.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all contents using specialized software (e.g., Xactimate, DASH).
  • Conduct on-site inspections to assess the scope of work and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and project managers.
  • Train and mentor team members on proper restoration techniques, safety, and procedures.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for future projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contents restoration (fire, water, and/or mold).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with restoration software (Xactimate or similar).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
