Job Description

HVAC Project Manager Needed ASAP for a Well-Respected, Growing Company! This company has many years of proven excellence and shows no signs of slowing down!

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC projects.
• Background in design-build project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• EIT certification or Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure preferred.

Duties:

• Lead and manage HVAC projects from concept through completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and execute design-build strategies.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Manage client relationships, including progress updates and addressing project concerns.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
