Construction Program Designer

A Construction company in the area is adding a Construction Program Designer. They are well-respected in the area and emphasize growth, mentorship, and development of their employees.

The Construction Program Designer will play a vital role in ensuring multifamily projects are executed. 

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• This individual must have min 3 years’ experience in design, at least 1 year in multifamily design

• Work to an established deliverable list in collaboration with the Director of
  Pre-Construction

• Experienced with CAD software, and on-screen takeoffs, huge bonus 

• Company’s multifamily projects can be full scale up to 18 buildings with 300 units, along with renos.
