Job Description

A well-established civil contractor is urgently seeking a Senior Earthwork Estimator to step into a critical role supporting large-scale earthwork and site development projects. This position offers immediate impact and long-term stability.

You’ll lead bids from start to finish on projects typically in the $750K–$1M range, with opportunities to support larger, complex earthwork scopes exceeding $10M.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed earthwork estimates and quantity takeoffs

• Develop pricing, production assumptions, and bid strategy

• Coordinate closely with operations and project teams after award

Qualifications

• Estimating experience focused on earthwork and site development

• Strong grasp of quantities, production rates, and cost drivers
