Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Mitigation Manager/Branch Manager to oversee restoration projects and manage branch operations. This role requires a strong leader who can balance hands-on project management with administrative and team leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mitigation and restoration projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and support field teams, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Conduct inspections and assessments to determine the scope of work for restoration projects.
- Prepare and review estimates, budgets, and project documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors.
- Monitor branch performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive business development efforts, including generating leads and securing new projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in the restoration or mitigation industry, including project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of water, fire, and mold damage mitigation processes.
- Experience leading teams and managing branch or departmental operations.
- Proficiency with restoration and estimating software (e.g., Xactimate) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
