Schedule: Hybrid (3 Days In-Office / 2 Remote)
Highly experienced senior candidates may qualify for a more flexible, as-needed in-office schedule
Compensation: $170,000–$200,000 (Based on Experience)

About the Opportunity:
Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their growing practice in Scottsdale. This role offers a strong mix of sophisticated coverage work, competitive compensation, and flexible scheduling within a collaborative, well-supported environment.
This position is ideal for attorneys who are confident managing complex coverage matters independently and who value both professional growth and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and advise clients on insurance coverage issues and disputes
Handle coverage opinions, reservations of rights, and policy interpretation
Manage coverage litigation and declaratory judgment actions
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Represent insurers in coverage-related matters and negotiations
Collaborate with litigation and claims teams
Maintain direct client communication and provide strategic guidance
Manage matters efficiently from inception through resolution
Qualifications
5+ years of insurance coverage experience
Strong background in policy analysis and coverage litigation
Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
Strong client service and communication abilities
Active Arizona bar license (or ability to waive in)
