A respected and well-established multi-state healthcare law practice is seeking an experienced Healthcare Attorney to join its Regulatory and Licensure Division in Sarasota. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator who values strategic advocacy, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a highly specialized healthcare practice.
What You’ll Do

Represent healthcare providers in administrative licensing investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and appeals

Handle administrative law matters and healthcare-related litigation before state agencies and licensing boards
-
Develop and execute strategic defense plans tailored to protect clients’ professional licenses and reputations
-
Independently manage a significant caseload from intake through resolution
-
Assist with credentialing, peer review, and related regulatory compliance matters as competency is demonstrated
What We’re Looking For
-
4+ years of litigation experience

Experience with administrative law, healthcare litigation, and professional licensing matters
-
Administrative hearing experience preferred
-
Knowledge of peer review, credentialing, and/or federal administrative procedures related to healthcare is a strong plus
-
Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases and develop strategic solutions

Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
