Qualifications: 

  • 3-7 years of experience practicing labor and employment (employer side)
  • Wage and hour, discrimination, harrassment, wrongful termination, class actions
  • Advice and counseling experience a huge plus
  • Licensed to practice in MN
  • Resume, transcripts, and a 10-page writing sample required

This is a succession plan for a senior partner that will be transferring over their book of business.
