Job Description

A well-established, multi-state healthcare law firm with over 35 years of experience and a strong national reputation is seeking a Healthcare Attorney to join its Regulatory & Licensure Division. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to take on a substantial and meaningful caseload within a highly respected healthcare law practice.

About the Role

The selected attorney will primarily represent healthcare providers in administrative licensing matters, investigations, and appeals. The role focuses heavily on regulatory compliance and litigation within the healthcare space, with opportunities to expand into credentialing and peer review matters as competency and experience are demonstrated.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years of litigation experience

  • Demonstrated experience handling administrative law matters

  • Background in healthcare litigation and professional licensing

  • Administrative hearing experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to independently manage a significant caseload

  • Strong strategic thinking and case planning skills

  • Experience with peer review, credentialing, and/or federal administrative procedures related to healthcare is a major plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent healthcare providers in administrative licensing proceedings and appeals

  • Manage regulatory investigations and disciplinary matters

  • Develop and execute strategic legal approaches to achieve optimal client outcomes

  • Handle credentialing and peer review matters as assigned

  • Maintain the firm’s long-standing reputation for exceptional client service and results
