A premier, physician-led plastic surgery clinic in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced NP or PA Aesthetic Injector to join our elite clinical team. Our practice is known for delivering exceptional surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic results in a refined, patient-focused environment.

This is an opportunity to work alongside board-certified plastic surgeons in a high-volume, reputation-driven practice with a strong and loyal patient base.

Position Overview

The NP/PA Injector will provide advanced nonsurgical aesthetic treatments while upholding the highest standards of safety, ethics, and natural-looking outcomes. The ideal candidate has a refined aesthetic eye, strong consultation skills, and a commitment to long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced injectable treatments including:

  • Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.)

  • Dermal fillers (facial balancing, lips, jawline, midface)

  • Biostimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse)

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and create customized treatment plans

• Collaborate with plastic surgeons on combination surgical/nonsurgical treatment planning

• Maintain detailed medical documentation and follow best clinical practices

• Support skincare and adjunctive treatment recommendations

• Build and maintain a loyal patient following

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Florida

• Minimum 2+ years of injectable experience in a plastic surgery or high-end aesthetic practice

• Strong portfolio of before-and-after results

• Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and complication management

• Excellent consultation, sales, and patient communication skills

• Proven ability to generate revenue and retain patients

• Established book of business preferred
