The Opportunity:
The primary focus of this role is the defense of healthcare providers in complex administrative licensing issues and appeals. You will act as a dedicated advocate for professionals navigating the intersection of law and medicine.
Strategic Litigation: Lead cases from inception through resolution, developing creative and effective defense strategies.
Regulatory Advocacy: Represent clients in administrative hearings and before state licensing boards.
Expanded Scope: As you demonstrate mastery, you will have the opportunity to take on matters involving peer review, credentialing, and federal administrative procedures.
Qualifications
4+ years of litigation experience, specifically within the healthcare sector
Proven track record in handling healthcare litigation and professional licensing matters.
Administrative Hearing experience is highly preferred.
Deep familiarity with peer review, credentialing, and/or federal healthcare administrative procedures (a significant advantage).
Ability to independently manage a robust caseload while maintaining a high standard of client service.
Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing (multi-state licensure is a plus).
